Its take both to keep things running smoothly. š
Iām finally catching up again on blog posts. Thanks for your patience! š
It certainly does. No need for thanks, Elizabeth, I admire your tenacity and dedication – great qualities!
I’m a big fan of Daniel Siegel. I made it through most of the video before my computer started to work a little too hard, but I am going to try to finish it later. I am fascinated with the study of emotional and social intelligence, and just think he is brilliant! I will be interested in the rest of the video a little later…so interesting! Debra
Dan Siegel is great – I particularly like that he tries to make the information accessible.
Mindfulness about how we relate to others and to ourselves does build a resilience that is like the palm tree bending in the tropical storms and then straightening in the sunlight to produce wonderful coconuts (some for that food-of-the-gods ambrosia my grandmothers always made for Thanksgiving and Christmas feasts.)
Apologies for delay in replying to this great comment! As always – beautifully put! Thanks.
